Official Rules for the “12 Days of Financial Cheer” Giveaway. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Eligibility
The “12 Days of Financial Cheer” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Advanced Planning Solutions, Inc. dba Your Money Line ("Sponsor" “Your Money Line”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on December 8th, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 19, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter
To enter:
1.) Log into Your Money Line via the Your Money Line Mobile app during the Giveaway Period, and earn (1) entry into the $500 grand prize drawing. Limit (1) grand prize drawing entry per person per day.
2.) Complete the provided daily financial challenges in the Your Money Line mobile app during the Giveaway Period, and earn (1) entry into a daily $50 prize drawing. Limit (1) daily prize drawing entry per person per day.
Daily financial challenges and daily prize drawings are not available to users on Your Money Line's Core package.
4. Prizes
Daily Prizes: Various gift cards will be awarded daily. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each daily prize is $50.
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card prize (ARV: $500).
The total ARV of all prizes is approximately $1,100. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Daily prize winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for each day. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Your Money Line app account within five (5) business days following the drawing.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
1.) Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
2.) Release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it becomes infected by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
