What can I do with the Your Money Line app?
With the YML app, you can:
✅ Monitor your credit score and spot major changes
✅ Connect your accounts to track your money
✅ Create a budget and track your spending
✅ Assess your stability and money personality
✅ Schedule with a financial expert for 1:1 advice
✅ Access hundreds of financial videos and articles
How do I create an account?
Your Money Line is only available via your employer. You'll need a custom access code from your HR or benefits team to create an account.
Once you type your access code, you'll need to verify your identity either by work email, name, or employee ID.
Lastly, you'll receive an email to set your password for Your Money Line. Use that password to access the app!
What if I forgot my password?
It happens to the best of us! When you're logged out, click the dark gray "log in" button. This will open the login window and ask for your username name and password.
Below this, you'll be able to click "Forgot my password." This will trigger an email to your account where you'll be able to reset your password.
No longer have access to that email address? Give us a call.
Why can't I access certain features?
Your employer has selected certain features to offer to your organization. If you can't see a feature you're looking for, check with your HR or benefits team to see if it's offered to your organization.
Some elements of Your Money Line—such as courses, identity protection, Power Percentage, Ideal Budget, and live chat are currently only available in our desktop app. Please use the same login info as your use in mobile app to log in to YML at yourmoneyline.com/login.
What if the app isn't loading?
Start by closing the app and reopening it. This simple reset is often all you need to get back on track!
Still not working? Some other tricks include:
✅ Try a phone restart
✅ Ensure you are connected to the internet
✅ Check your app store to make sure you have latest version of the app
