Official Rules for the “12 Days to a Better Financial Life” Giveaway. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The “12 Days to a Better Financial Life” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Advanced Planning Solutions, Inc. dba Your Money Line ("Sponsor" “Your Money Line”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on May 5, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter
To enter:
1.) Download the Your Money Line Mobile App
2.) Log in daily and complete the provided financial challenges.
Each day you log in and complete a challenge during the Giveaway Period will earn you one (1) entry into the applicable daily prize drawing and one (1) entry toward the grand prize drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
4. Prizes
Daily Prizes: Various gift cards, gadgets, and merchandise will be awarded daily. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each daily prize varies, with an estimated range between $25 and $200.
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize (ARV: $1,000).
The total ARV of all prizes is approximately $5,000. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Daily prize winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for each day. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Your Money Line app account within five (5) business days following the drawing. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where permitted.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required documents within five (5) business days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
1.) Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
2.) Release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it becomes infected by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
