More than half of Americans—including those with insurance—have put off care due to cost.

Employees often feel lost when it comes to both their finances and healthcare decisions, leading them to put off preventive screenings, elective but critical procedures and other essential care. These delays can lead to worse health outcomes and even higher costs down the road. Benefits leaders want to help but are also limited by budget restraints and calls from leadership to reduce healthcare spending.

You’ll learn:

  • Why employees put off healthcare they need
  • How delaying care impacts long-term health, productivity and absenteeism
  • Tools employers can use to help employees manage their money and pay for care
  • How benefits leaders can better understand their healthcare spending to find opportunities for savings
