Frequently asked questions
Okay, I have a few more questions
How are "connected users" counted?
A connected user is any employee who has activated either account aggregation (MX) or credit monitoring — or both. Users who have done both are counted only once. We never double-count.
How does billing work, and what triggers an overage?
Your plan covers up to 10,000 benefit-eligible employees and 1,000 connected users. If your connected users exceed 1,000, additional blocks of 250 users are available at $500/month. Eligible employee counts are based on your census file — the connected user count is tracked automatically through the platform.
What happens as I grow my book?
Adding new groups is easy — just upload a new census file for each new plan you bring on. All groups roll up under your Paradigm account. There is no pro-rating; groups added mid-cycle simply join the existing pool toward your thresholds.
Will my clients be able to see each other's information?
No. Each group's data is kept separate. Your clients won't see a list of other companies in the platform, and their employee data is only visible to you through your advisor dashboard — filtered by employer.
What's the difference between what I can see and what my clients' HR teams can see?
As the advisor, you have access to employer-level engagement metrics across all your groups (connected users, feature adoption, etc.). HR admins at individual companies see only their own group's data. If you'd like to grant a client's HR team access to their specific dashboard, contact your YML team.
Who do I contact at Your Money Line, and when?
For census file questions or onboarding support, contact your dedicated Client Success Manager. For billing or contract questions, reach out to your YML account lead. We're here to support you — but our goal is to make this hub your first stop so you can move fast without waiting on us.
