Is YML currently hiring Financial Guides?
We may not have an open Financial Guide position when you join. When permanent roles become available, community members will receive a notification and instructions for applying.
Does joining guarantee an interview?
No. The Career Community is a way to explore the profession and hear about opportunities. It is not an application, interview, or promise of future employment.
Will I be expected to attend events or training?
No. Everything offered through the community is optional. We will not ask you to complete unpaid YML-specific training or hold time open for us.
How often will I hear from YML?
We plan to share a small number of useful updates each year, plus timely notifications when relevant positions open. You can update your preferences or leave at any time.
